Features

Product T922 is a low-thickness (0.03 mm) transfer adhesive tape with acrylic adhesive, reinforced with fibers and glass powder. Protective liner made of white bisiliconized paper. Very good ageing resistance.

 

Application fields

Suitable for laminating a variety of materials such as paper, cardboard, rubber, plastic film, leather, displays, samples, etc.

 

T922R REVERSE WOUND

Tape T922/r is available in sizes 6, 9, 12 and 19 mm for 55 m length in reverse rolls on 1" core applicable with ATG system dispenser. On request, also in jumbo and cut rolls on standard 3" cardboard core (article T922).

 

Reverse Transfer tapes are special products, specially processed to guarantee their use on 1" plastic cores. These rolls are applied thanks to the special ATG and ATG900 dispensers, which guarantee a precise and fast application and at the same time recover the siliconised paper, ensuring the user saves time and material but above all the possibility of carrying out an absolutely clean job.

P CORE

In addition to the standard double-chamber core, SL is now offering on the market an innovative and alternative perforated chamber system for transfer tapes (6mm thick) that can be applied with the ATG system using simple black plastic adapters, supplied with the product. The 6mm with perforated chamber is attached to the adapter, which is conveniently inserted inside the gear of the ATG900 applicator, without the use of tools but simply interlocked with a simple gesture. This core is available on request for any transfer tape produced by SL.

Practical applicator which, thanks to its gear mechanism and two solid front rollers coated in silicone rubber, ensures that the tape is applied precisely, quickly and cleanly, while allowing the paper to be recovered at the same time. The amount of product to be used can be easily dosed using the sensitive dispensing trigger. Included in the package is an adapter for 6 mm rolls with perforated double chamber core.
