Features

Similar product to T923 but equipped with a high performance modified acrylic adhesive. Protective havana bisiliconized paper liner. Excellent resistance to aging, UV rays and plasticized surfaces. Low thickness transfer (0.05 mm), with permanent acrylic adhesive, reinforced with fibers and glass powder.

 

Application fields

T927 is recommended for applications where a low thickness and stronger adhesion is required such as on paper, cardboard, metals, wood, laminates, etc...

 

T927R REVERSE WOUND

Besides the classic 3" version, the T927R tape is produced in reverse on 33 m and 55 m rolls with variable thickness from 6 to 19 mm and 1" plastic core for use with SL ATG and ATG Top Gun applicators. Reverse transfers are special products, specially processed for use on a 1" plastic core. These rolls are applied thanks to the special ATG and ATG Top Gun dispensers which guarantee a precise and fast application and at the same time recover the silicon paper, ensuring the user a saving of time and material but above all the possibility of carrying out an absolutely clean job.

P CORE

In addition to the standard double-chamber core, SL is now offering on the market an innovative and alternative perforated chamber system for transfer tapes (6mm thick) that can be applied with the ATG system using simple black plastic adapters, supplied with the product. The 6mm with perforated chamber is attached to the adapter, which is conveniently inserted inside the gear of the ATG Top Gun applicator, without the use of tools but simply interlocked with a simple gesture. This core is available on request for any transfer tape produced by SL.

Practical applicator which, thanks to its gear mechanism and two solid front rollers coated in silicone rubber, ensures that the tape is applied precisely, quickly and cleanly, while allowing the paper to be recovered at the same time. The amount of product to be used can be easily dosed using the sensitive dispensing trigger. Included in the package is an adapter for 6 mm rolls with perforated double chamber core.
