The test finalized to determine the anti-slip characteristics of products, fixed the level of the SL anti-slip tapes on the highest performance

The test, carried out by a certified laboratory, determined the anti-slip characteristics of SL tapes on surfaces with a high risk of slipping. The certified laboratory carried out repeated walking tests on an inclined plane with a gradient of more than 38°, the surface of which was covered with SAFETY TREAD, ANTISLIP and COARSE tape and then greased with SAE 10W30 viscosity oil.

MAXIMUM SAFETY ON STAIRS, RAMPS AND SLIPPERY FLOORS

SAFETY TREAD, ANTISLIP and COARSE tapes, the most important anti-slip tapes in the Safety Line of SL, obtain the R13 classification according to UNI EN 16165:2021 & DIN EN 16165:2023-02, the highest level of safety and the maximum degree of anti-slip effect.
